Rumor had it that singer Demi Lovato is officially out of rehab after she was spotted at a Beverly Hills restaurant over the weekend. Having achieved 90 days of sobriety and graduation from a three-month stay in a rehabilitation center following an overdose, Lovato posted her first photo since July. And of course, she’s telling her fans and followers to get out there and vote.
Lovato captioned her November 6th gram, “I am so grateful to be home in time to vote! One vote can make a difference, so make sure your voice is heard!🗳 🇺🇸 now go out and #VOTE!!!!”
This is Lovato’s first Instagram post since July 23rd, the day before she suffered a life-threatening drug overdose. The “Sober” singer had relapsed some time after March 2018, when she celebrated six years of sobriety. In late October, Lovato’s mother, Diana De La Garza, shared that her daughter was 90 days sober and that she couldn’t “be more thankful or more proud of her.”
Of course, Lovato’s fans are freaking out about the fact that Lovato is back on the scene and more than happy to make a political statement in her first post back. Even though she’s been fighting an uphill battle with addiction, Lovato still has the time to cast her freaking ballot.
