It can be really hard to just live your life when a picture of a very-pregnant you would sell for top dollar, as we saw when Hillary Duff called out a photographer for stalking her all day while she was nine months pregnant. It seems like it would really, really suck to be pregnant while famous.
That’s why it makes sense that some celebrity couples choose not to tell the world. They keep out of the public eye or wear clothing that hides their bump and try to keep their private lives to themselves. It couldn’t have been easy, but these famous parents hid their pregnancies — and kept it a secret until b-day!
Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling

When they hit it off while co-starring in the film Beyond The Pines, Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling immediately made a habit of keeping their relationship private. Isaiah Koenig was born in August of 2018 and news of his birth leaked in September. The Parks & Rec star and lead singer of Vampire Weekend did an amazing job of keeping things on the down-low.
