1. Make sure to start with an open button up shirt.
2. Then starting around the waist, weave a large safety pin thru one side. Scrunching as you move along.
3. Once the side is scrunched up, grab the opposite side and pull over to the safety pin and close off to create an asymmetrical look
4. Add a long ribbon through the opening of the safety pin.
5. Tie off ribbon into bow and voila! You have a cute new way to wear your basic shirt.

2. Then counting down to the third button and buttonhole, bring behind neck and button.
3. It’s going to hang down in front like a crop top. Button one button where it hangs.
4. Move the top panel over to the side and pin down with a safety pin.
5. Un button the neck and adjust the collar to sit better.
6. Lastly, puff up sleeves and then show off your cute cropped top!

1. To fix a broken lipstick: take a lighter and melt the end of the lipstick that’s still in the tube.
2. Place the broken piece on top of the tube.
3. Then lightly melt around the broken lipstick to keep together.
4. Before it completely solidifies, twist the tube to remove any excess lipstick.
5. It’s ok if it’s not perfect, but now you saved your favorite lipstick!

1. Don’t throw out your empty wine bottles, upcycle it! First wash out the bottle and dry.
2. Using the scorer kit, put on gloves and set the empty bottle onto the wheels of the glass cutter. Slowly turn and apply slight pressure to score around the bottle.
3. Once scoring is around the whole bottle, add the bands to the bottle just above and below the score line. Leave a cm of space between the bands.
4. Then laying the wine bottle in the sink, slowly (and carefully) pour hot boiling water in between bands of the bottle for about 30-40 secs.
5. While the bottle is hot, immediately pour cold water onto the area.
6. The bottle should start to split open. If the bottle has not split open, repeat by pouring boiling water and then cold water until it splits.
7. Take a piece of sandpaper and lay on the counter/ tabletop. Then taking the jagged edge of the glass, place facedown atop the sandpaper.
8. Buff in a circular motion until smooth and you have a perfect diy drinking glass.
(Optional steps for planter)
9. Repeat the sanding process with the top of the bottle to create a self watering planter.
10. Once the top is buffed out, turn it upside down and place a knotted piece of twine inside.
11. Pack top of bottle with dried moss and dirt. Place a plant on top. African violets are a perfect plant for this DIY!
12. Fill the bottom half of the glass with fresh water.
13. Then place the top of the bottle (still upside down) over the bottom of the glass. Making sure that the twine is dipping into the water.
14. Yay! Now you have a self-watering plant!

15. Place soy wax into a small non-food pot and melt
16. Place the wick inside the glass.
17. Then heat up the glass with a blow dryer. This will help to prevent the candle from making craters.
18. Slowly pour wax into glass.
19. Place the metal wick holder on top of the glass and place the wick into the holder to keep straight.
20. Let cool.
