Chrissy Teigen Filmed A Video Of Her Spilled Breast Milk For An Important Reason — Watch It Here

She may be a world-famous model, television personality, and activist, but Chrissy Teigen is truly just like every other mom. Yesterday, July 18th, Teigen spilled some of her breast milk and filmed the attempted rescue mission for an important reason. When a mom produces a minimal amount of milk, each spilled drop is sometimes worth crying over (if you feel like it).

“EVERY DROP COUNTS IN THIS HOUSE,” Teigen captioned her first video. She followed up in a second tweet, “I am so jealous of people with plentiful boobies.”

Although Teigen is laughing while she and a friend try to scoop up as much of the spilled milk as possible, many moms know all too well the devastation that can result from breast milk spillage — a hungry/crying baby. One fellow mom said in a reply to Teigen’s tweet, “Whoever said ‘There is no use crying over spilled milk’ wasn’t a pumping mama! #liquidgold.” Liquid gold is right.

Teigen has always been open and honest with her followers in regards to her journey through motherhood. Since giving birth to her first child, Luna, in 2016, Teigen has never once shied away from showing the not-often-seen parts of motherhood (nursing, dealing with postpartum depression, spilling breast milk).

Having recently given birth to her son Miles on May 18th, Teigen is back to her old breastfeeding ways.

On July 15th, Teigen clapped back at trolls who shamed her for her cleavage, after she posted some hilarious footage from a boat trip she took with hubby John Legend and their friends.

“I am a nursing mother don’t shame me I couldn’t close my shirt I’m just trying to do my job,” Teigen wrote.
