Since marrying into the royal family and becoming the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle has captivated us with her fit-for-a-princess wardrobe. Alongside her closet of tailored shift dresses and and neutral sets, Markle has growing a collection of this one accessory she won’t leave home without. Markle’s stud earrings have become a simple staple for the Duchess, and lucky for us, they’re an easy look to duplicate.
Unlike her sister-in-law Kate Middleton, who prefers the look of a sparkly drop/statement earring, Markle notably leans towards diamond studs for her day-to-day look.
The simplicity of the accessory matches Markle’s overall less-is-more style. She rarely wears any other jewelry besides her earrings and wedding ring, and often opts to keep her hair pulled back while still sporting a classic middle part.
Of course, Markle has dabbled with different earring styles in the past, and has even gone bare-lobed once or twice in a blue moon. But she keeps coming back to the timeless diamond stud, which we now want to incorporate into our own wardrobe.
