Ashley Benson And Cara Delevingne Have Some Big News — And The Internet Is Freaking Out

Grab the tissues and cue the wedding bells! Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson are reportedly getting married. According to the Pop Polls Twitter, celebrity couple Delevingne and Benson got engaged while vacationing in Saint Tropez. Of course, as of right now, this is merely a rumor — but an exciting one, nonetheless.

Delevingne and Benson were rumored to have been dating since spring 2018. However, their relationship was never *technically* confirmed. But it became pretty clear that they were an item by spring 2019.

If this engagement story is true—which, again, we don’t yet know if it is or not—then, yes, the two have moved things along quite quickly. But hey, love is love. We’re happy for them no matter what stage of the relationship they’re at, if they even define their connection as a “relationship” at all!

If you haven’t been following the Delevingne/Benson saga, then let us indulge you. In May 2018, the world was under the impression that Delevingne and Paris Jackson were together, but not together together. They had made out while on a double date with Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song.

But on May 1, Delevingne attended a Lauryn Hill concert with Benson (minus Jackson), and rumors started swirling.

Throughout the summer of 2018, Delevingne and Benson were spotted hanging out on several occasions, yet they kept their relationship status a secret. At the end of August, Benson was spotted wearing a necklace with a “C” pendant. Huh…

In September, Delevingne and Benson attended the Toronto International Film Festival together.

By the time 2019 rolled around, we all pretty much got the hint that these two were a thing — Benson even spent Christmas in London, supposedly with Delevingne’s family. In March, stylist Jamie Mizrahi posted a photo of the pair in a “post show cuddle puddle” after Karl Lagerfeld’s final Chanel show in Paris.

Then…there was the sex bench. Yup.

In May, the couple was spotted carrying a leather bench with restraints (use your imagination for this one) into their LA home. In June, Benson was rumored to have moved into Delevingne’s place.

Finally, when Pride Month started in June, Delevingne posted this make-out sesh with Benson to her Instagram. Okay, they’re obviously dating.

Will we ever know? We haven’t even received actual, verbal confirmation that they’re romantically linked.
