Can You Spot What’s Weird In The Background Of Ariana Grande’s Photo?

At first glance, there’s nothing too strange about one of Ariana Grande’s latest Instagram photos. It’s a mirror selfie of Grande holding a bottle of her Cloud perfume, with the simple caption “cloud @ultabeauty.” Cute! But if you look a little closer, you might be able to spot something weird in the background: a playpen bathed in pink light.

If you noticed this, you might have immediately started to wonder if Grande has a baby, or at least a babysitting career, she hasn’t talked about publicly. Maybe you wondered if the pop singer is expecting? If so, you weren’t alone — even Katy Perry had to know what was going on with the item. She commented on the photo, saying, “WHAT ARE YOU COOKING IN THE CRIB?”

In typical Grande fashion, she replied with a joking remark, saying, “secret child duh.”

Later on, though, Grande got real about the playpen. According to People, she explained that it was actually for her pet pig, Piggy Smallz, and that she had added a heat lamp to it to keep the animal warm. You know, as one does.

Grande and her fiancé Pete Davidson got a pet baby pig earlier in September. Grande had shared a bunch of cute Instagram Stories of the two cuddling with the tiny brown pig, and Davidson even got a tattoo of Piggy Smallz by tattoo artist Mira Mariah.

Although Grande and Davidson seem pretty in love with Piggy Smallz, Davidson recently did an interview on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” where he admitted the pig has started to head-butt them and even bite a little bit. He jokingly admitted that he can now see why people don’t always get pigs as pets.
