This “Pretty Little Liars” Star Just Gave Birth To Her First Child

Having a baby is an amazing accomplishment. Seriously — while it happens all the time, it’s one of the biggest life-changers you could ask for. With this in mind, even though she’s had a ton of success with Pretty Little Liars, actress Troian Bellisario has a lot more to be happy about these days — her first daughter was born this month.

Bellisario, who had the baby with Suits star and husband Patrick J. Adams, reportedly never confirmed the pregnancy. Even after the birth, she’s choosing to keep her family news somewhat private. But what she did share was a small photo of her baby girl holding onto her finger, much like the first glimpse we had of Kylie Jenner’s daughter Stormi months back.

“I cannot express how grateful I am,” Bellisario said in the caption of the photo. “To the people who have protected us and kept our growing family safe and respected our privacy. To our tribe for expanding with grace and exponential amounts of love. To my @halfadams for being so supportive during every moment of my pregnancy and her birth. And to whatever incredible force of fate that brought this baby girl into our lives. I couldn’t be more proud to be her mother. To bring a new girl into this world and to do my best to raise her to be kind, strong and whatever the heck she wants to be.”

The photo already has over 2 million likes on Instagram and plenty of well-wishes from her fanbase. “You’ll be a wonderful mother and she’ll raise up to be a beautiful soul,” one Pretty Little Liars fan stated. “Loads of love to her and you.”

Bellisario and Adams tied the knot at the end of 2016, in front of their family members and castmates.

Bellisario’s pregnancy didn’t seem to halt her work schedule. She recently finished shooting Where’d You Go, Bernadette, which also stars Cate Blanchett, Judy Greer, and Kristen Wiig. She’s been on quite a few movie sets since Pretty Little Liars wrapped in 2017.

Many congratulations to the new mom. Bellisario has an incredible journey ahead of her, but it’s pretty obvious that she’s going to really enjoy this new role.
