Since she was pregnant during the show’s filming, Khloé took to Instagram Stories to clear up that no, she didn’t have work done on her mouth — they’re simply “pregnancy lips.”

You’ve probably heard about swollen feet and more pronounced hips after the birth of a child, but Khloé is one of the first to open up about pregnancy lips. However, she’s correct. The sad thing is that Khloé had to give a disclaimer about her appearance on the show, since she had a feeling that mean comments would pour in. “PSA I was pregnant during this entire season of KUWTK,” she wrote, per Glamour. “Some women get “pregnancy lips.” I was one of them. So my lips look crazy and massive. Trust me I know and I HATED it! A lot of wild shit happens to your body and face while pregnant. It’s out of our control.”

Khloé, who gave birth to baby True in April, looked beautiful throughout her entire pregnancy. Honestly, all women look beautiful throughout their pregnancies, as pregnancy is a beautiful thing. It’s a shame the reality star would have a hang-up about something like this.
