When it comes to making a statement, rap queen Cardi B is never afraid to try something new, whether it’s a new outfit or new hair. And fortunately for us all, she’s slowly making her way back into the spotlight after taking a break since the birth of her first child, Kulture. For her performance at the French lingerie brand Etam’s fashion show at Paris Fashion Week, Cardi B rocked a full-on purple ensemble — a lavender Christian Cowan pantsuit with matching feathers, purple eyeshadow, and slicked-back purple hair to coordinate — just in time to take in the latest trending looks in Paris.
She’s known to change her hair frequently, as she’s rocked a long bright pink wig and rainbow tresses in the past. It’s unclear whether her new look is a wig or her real hair, though, since she was seemingly back to her natural color just a day later.

Critics have said that Cardi’s look is similar to what Rihanna wore to an interview with Good Morning America a few years ago – an all-light pink pantsuit with a large fur scarf — but their color schemes are different.

While we might not be able to rock as many fabulous colors as the “Bodak Yellow” rapper, we can sure try to add a flair to our own looks.
