Ariana Grande Revealed What Her First Kiss With Pete Davidson Was Like, And #Relatable

You’ve probably heard a lot about Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson in recent news. Davidson, who’s known best for Saturday Night Live, might not be used to the headlines — but Grande is handling the attention like the pro she is. While their relationship timeline is a little unclear, there’s no doubt about it — these two fell in love fast. And now, fans are rooting for the couple even more after Grande spilled the beans on their first kiss.

The couple, lovingly known as “Petiana,” had an awkward first start, just like many of us do. Grande dished the details on the August 30th episode of  Nicki Minaj‘s Queen Radio, and she didn’t spare the facts.

Per Grande, “It was sick. It was so dope!” Since Davidson often uses the same lingo, it’s safe to say he felt the same way.

“It was so cute,” Grande added. “He asked me for permission to kiss me!” While she admits it wasn’t a full-on passionate kiss, she said it was still quite sexy.

So it just goes to show you — sometimes passion and chemistry help make first kisses super memorable.

It also helps that Grande and Davidson get along so well. Grande was quick to call her guy her “best friend,” and even said they had a lot in common. “It gets better every day,” she said. “We’re the boy-girl version of each other. He’s, like, 70 feet tall, and I’m 4 inches tall!”
