  • lemons
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • grill
  • seasonings of your choice

  2. Cut up a lemon.
  3. Lay at least 3 sliced lemons on the heated grill.
  4. Place your raw salmon over the lemons.
  5. Sprinkle the seasonings of your choice on the salmon.
  6. Close the lid of the grill and allow the salmon to cook.

Onion Flower

We’ve got the healthier restaurant alternative you can enjoy at home!

Materials:

  • white onion
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • apple cutter
  • egg wash
  • breadcrumbs
  • grill

Instructions:

  1. Peel the outside layer of the white onion.
  2. Cut the tip of the onion off, leaving the bottom intact.
  3. Rest the onion on its base and cut into it with an apple cutter. Don’t cut all the way through the onion, though!
  4. Dip the cut onion in your bowl with the egg wash.
  5. Transfer the onion to the bowl of breadcrumbs.
  6. Repeat steps 4-5 until you’ve built up enough layers.
  7. Grill the onion for 40-45 minutes at  350°F/176°C.

Edible Bowls

Cut down on the number of dishes you need to clean by turning some bell peppers into your dipping bowls.

Materials:

Instructions:

  1. From the top, cut around the stem of the bell pepper, like you’re getting ready to carve a pumpkin.
  2. Remove the top.
  3. Scrape out the seeds and insides with a spoon.
  4. Fill the hollowed out bell pepper with whatever dipping sauce you want.

  2. Fold soft tortillas over the grates.
  3. Let them heat up for 5 minutes.

Ready-To-Go Patties

Materials:

  • gallon-sized freezer bag
  • ground beef
  • chopped onion
  • parsley
  • skewer
  • freezer
  • tongs
  • grill

Instructions:

  1. Fill a freezer bag with ground beef, chopped onion, and parsley.
  2. Remove any air before sealing the bag.
  3. Through the bag, squish the ground beef mixture until the entire bag is filled.
  4. Using a skewer, press two horizontal lines in the bag.
  5. Press 2 vertical lines in the bag, creating 9 square patties.
  6. Freeze the patties until you’re ready to use them.
  7. Take the bag out of the freezer and crack the bag along the creases. This will break apart each patty.
  8. Remove each patty from the bag and put them on the heated grill.
  9. Grill as you normally would.
