Grilled Chip-Breaded Chicken

Makes about 6 servings

 

Materials: 

  • 1 pound Bowl & Basket fresh chicken breast tenderloins
  • 1 cup Bowl & Basket real mayonnaise
  • 1 bag Bowl & Basket jalapeño kettle chips
  • 1 bag Bowl & Basket potato chips
  • 1 box Bowl & Basket cheddar cheese crackers

 

Directions: 

  1. Heat the grill.
  2. Locate the tendon on each breast tenderloin and using a paper towel to hold the loose end of the tendon, push a fork along the tendon until it is pried loose from the chicken.
  3. Coat the tenderloins in mayo.
  4. Crush the chips and crackers until they are breadcrumb-like in consistency. Place each variety of chip or cracker onto its own plate.
  5. Place each tenderloin on the chip plate of your choosing and spread the chip-crumbs all over the chicken, patting the crumbs into the tenderloins for maximum adhesion.
  6. Grill the chicken (on high for gas grill), lid open for 4 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 175 degrees. And serve!

 

BBQ Baked Beans

Makes about 8 servings

 

Materials:

  • One 55 ounce can of brown sugar baked beans.
  • 1/2 bottle of Wholesome Pantry organic ketchup

 

Directions:

  1. Fill baking dish with a 55 ounce can of baked beans.
  2. Add 10 ounces of ketchup and mix together.
  3. Place on grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Serve hot!

 

Spiral Hot Dogs

Makes about 4 servings

 

Materials: 

  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 Bowl & Basket hot dog buns
  • 1 bag of Wholesome Pantry organic shredded cheese

 

Directions:

  1. Skewer hot dog.
  2. Place knife at slight angle on hot dog and then twist skewer, pulling knife down to create a spiral.
  3. Grill hot dogs on skewers for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Place hot dogs in hot dog buns, add a handful of shredded cheese, and other desired toppings. Then enjoy!

 

Personal Guacamole Cups

Makes about 4 servings

 

Materials:

  • 2 Wholesome Pantry organic avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1 sprig of cilantro
  • 1 bag of Bowl & Basket tortilla chips

 

Directions:

  1. Cut avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
  2. Create cuts inside of avocado in shell lengthwise, then width wise.
  3. Place down on grill to cook for 5 minutes.
  4. While cooking, chop 1 tomato and 1 onion and combine with a handful of cilantro. Squeeze 1 lime over the mixture. Add salt to taste.
  5. When done grilling, top each avocado half with one spoon of Pico de Gallo.
  6. Take the desired amount of tortilla chips and enjoy!

 

Pretzel Cookies

Makes about 8 servings

 

Materials: 

  • 1 package of Bowl & Basket cookie dough
  • Bowl & Basket pretzels

 

Directions:

  1. Take a 24 count break and bake cookie dough and place on cookie sheet.
  2. Press a small pretzel into each cookie piece.
  3. Close the grill and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

 

Stuffed Pepper Poppers

Makes about 9 servings

 

Materials:

  • Wholesome Pantry organic mini sweet peppers
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • ½ can of peas and corn

 

Directions:

  1. Cook 1 cup of rice in rice cooker for 25 minutes.
  2. Cook 8 ounces of ground beef for 7 to 10 minutes.
  3. Once fully cooked add half a can of peas and corn.
  4. Stir for 2 minutes and switch over to a bowl.
  5. Cut top off mini peppers and add 1 to 2 spoons of the beef rice mixture into peppers.
  6. Place in grill to cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Then serve hot as an appetizer!

 

Salad on a Stick

Makes about 4 servings

 

Materials:

  • 1 box of Wholesome Pantry organic baby romaine and red leaf
  • 8 shrimp
  • 1 cup of Caesar dressing

 

Directions:

  1. Add about 5 to 6 cut up pieces of romaine to skewer, then add 2 pieces of shrimp.
  2. Grill whole skewer for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove skewers from the grill and drizzle on Caesar dressing for salad on a stick!

 

Hot Dog on a Burger Bun

Makes about 4 servings

 

Materials:

  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 Bowl & Basket hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese

 

Directions:

  1. Create small cuts (about halfway) along length of hot dog.
  2. Grab ends of hot dog and bring together.
  3. Secure ends with a toothpick.
  4. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Add cooked hot dogs to hamburger buns. (Remove toothpick!)
  6. Add cheese and other condiments as desired, and then enjoy!

 

Sparkling Lemonade

Makes about 8 servings

 

Materials:

  • 2 cans of Bowl & Basket specialty watermelon sparkling water
  • 1 pitcher of lemonade
  • 1 lemon (cut into slices)
  • 1 lime slice (cut into slices)
  • 1 pitcher of ice

 

Directions:

  1. Add 1 pitcher of ice to a punch bowl. (Or hack a punch bowl by flipping over your cake stand and using the cover as the punch bowl!)
  2. Add 2 cans of watermelon sparkling water. (Add more cans for more bubbliness!)
  3. Add 1 pitcher of lemonade.
  4. Add in some lemon and lime slices.
  5. Stir, then it’s ready to serve!

 

Fancy Arnold Palmer

Makes about 5 servings

 

Materials:

  • 1 gallon Bowl & Basket lemon iced tea
  • 1 pitcher lemonade
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • Fresh mint

 

Instructions: 

  1. Place raspberries and mint intermittently in an ice cube tray.
  2. Fill ice cube tray with lemon iced tea.
  3. Freeze tray until the cubes are frozen.
  4. Place frozen cubes in glasses and fill glasses with lemonade, top with mint.
  5. As the cubes melt, the lemonade becomes Arnold Palmer!
