Grilled Skewers
4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 bag Bowl & Basket Ez-Peel Colossal Raw Shrimp 32oz
- 1 Eckrich Smoked Sausage
- 1 Red onion
- 1 bottle Bowl & Basket Specialty Kentucky Barbeque
- 1 bottle Bowl & Basket Hot Honey
Directions:
- Heat the grill.
- Defrost frozen shrimp. Once defrosted, peel off the shrimp shells.
- Hook the shrimp onto the top of the sausage. Then using the shrimp as a guide cut the sausage into slices.
- Take a wooden skewer and push through the sausage and shrimp. Repeat this step until you have 3 of each on the skewer.
- Place on the grill. Once shrimp is pink on one side, flip over and grill the other side.
- In a bowl, mix in 4:1 ratio 4 parts Kentucky Barbeque to 1 part Hot Honey. Then take a basting brush, brush sauce on to both sides of the skewer.
- Enjoy these yummy skewers!
For the Onion:
- Cut off the top and bottom of the onion.
- Then using a clean long metal tooth comb push through the onion. Using the spacing in the teeth as a guide, cut with a knife. This hack will give you perfectly cut onions!
- Remove the comb and then skewer 2 onions on each skewer.
- Place onto the grill and grill for a few minutes. Flip over and repeat on the other side.
- Then brush on sauce made in step 6.
- Enjoy these onions atop a delicious burger!

Juicy Burgers
6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of Bowl & Basket Enriched Sliced Potato Hamburger Rolls
- 1 jar Notco NotMayo Original Plant-Based Dressing & Spread
- 1 jar Bowl & Basket Kosher Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips
- 1 bottle Bowl & Basket Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbeque Sauce
- 1 bottle Bowl & Basket Original Barbeque Sauce
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Lettuce
6 slices of Cheese
For burgers patties:
- 1 lb of Bowl & Basket Fresh Ground Beef, 80% lean
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup of applesauce
For vegan patties:
- 1 lb vegan beef
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup of applesauce
Directions:
- Heat the grill.
- To create the burger patty: combine ground beef, large egg, breadcrumbs, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and applesauce. Mix until thoroughly combined. (Repeat for vegan patties using ingredients listed for vegan)
- Scoop with an ice cream scoop to create a ball.
- Put ball onto container lid and use second lid to flatten into perfect patty shape.
- Place patties on to grill. Grill to desired temperature.
- Using ketchup, let your guests tell you what type of burger they would like on top of the potato bun: med, well, vegan, etc.
- Lay patties on the buns and add desired toppings: onions, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, mayo, ketchup, and/or mustard.
- Enjoy these juicy burgers!

Grilled Romaine Salad
4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Romaine Lettuce Heart
- 1 bottle of Bowl & Basket Light Caesar Dressing
- 1 Bowl & Basket Italian Style Bread Crumb with Cheese
- 1 jar of Bowl & Basket Specialty Capote Capers
- 1 jar of Bowl & Basket Salad Olives
- 1 can of Bowl & Basket Specialty Salad Cut Hearts of Palm
Directions:
- To revive wilted romaine lettuce, submerge in water and cover with ice. Let sit for at least 15 mins. Depending on how wilted the lettuce is, can let sit overnight.
- Heat up grill.
- Then cut romaine in half and place onto grill. Char for a few minutes.
- Place the pieces on a plate.
- Top with capote capers, olives, heart of palms, breadcrumbs and drizzle with Bowl & Basket Light Caesar Dressing.

Grilled Hearts of Palm Tacos
5-6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of street style taco flour tortillas
- 1 can of Bowl & Basket Specialty Whole Hearts of Palm
- 1 can of Bowl & Basket Specialty Mexican Style Black Beans
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 bundle of Cilantro
Directions:
- Heat the grill.
- Place tacos in between grill grates. Heat until crispy.
- Taking a wooden skewer, skewer a piece of heart palm. Then place onto grill until charred.
- Place hearts of palm into taco shell and top with Mexican style black beans, chopped up tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
- Enjoy these yummy vegan tacos!

Blooming Grilled Apples
4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 Large Apples
- 1 Bowl & Basket Chocolate Syrup
- 1 Bowl & Basket Strawberry Syrup
- 1 Bowl & Basket Caramel Syrup
- 4 caramel chews
- 1 quart of Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
- Heat the grill.
- Cut off top of apple. Then flip upside down and slice vertically all around the apple.
- Flip back to right side and using three circular cookie cutters, press into the apple to create 3 rings. Scoop out the middle of the apple with a melon baller until all seeds are gone.
- Place a caramel chew inside the center of the apple.
- Spray mini cast iron skillets with nonstick spray and place apples on top. Then place onto the grill.
- Let cook for about 30 mins or until bloomed. Then take off grill and let cool.
- Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and your choice of Bowl & Basket Syrup.
- Enjoy this yummy treat!
