This 22-Year-Old’s Yearly Salary Is $300k, And People On The Internet Can’t Handle It

We all know that money can be a touchy subject. But thanks to series like Refinery29’s Money Diaries, it’s also becoming easier to face the taboo topic. However, according to the company’s most recent diary entry, a 22-year-old entrepreneur is reportedly making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year — and folks on the internet are freaking tf out.
According to the latest Money Diary entry, the 22-year-old earns a casual $300,000 to $360,000 a year.
The article discloses the income, monthly paychecks, and spending habits of the 22-year-old entrepreneur living in New York City. Apparently, she works in e-commerce and makes anywhere from $25,000 and $30,000 each month, on average.
As for her yearly salary? Well, you might actually want to sit down for this one.
She makes between $300,000 and $360,000 in a single year. However, at the time of writing the entry, she has earned more than $600,000 in 2018. (That’s six zeros, you guys. Count ‘em.)
If you’re dizzy just thinking about those numbers, know that you’re not the only one. The Refinery29 diary entry has caused quite the commotion on Twitter, and we can relate so hard, tbh. (Since the original post date, the numbers have also been edited for accuracy, but the comments still hold true.)
They make about $300,000 a year and they live with two roomates.
